Delaware Valley Aerial is based in Wilmington, Delaware and serves Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. We're FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured, so you're covered from the first flight.
We fly responsibly and handle airspace authorization (LAANC) where it's required — you don't have to think about the regulations.
Our work runs on a DJI Matrice 4E — an RTK mapping drone with a mechanical shutter — paired with RealityCapture photogrammetry. That combination is what lets us hand surveyors, engineers, and builders deliverables they can measure against, not just images.
Centimeter-level accuracy with ground control, clean orthomosaics, dense point clouds, and true-to-scale 3D models are the baseline, not the upsell.
We use AI across the workflow — from the Matrice 4E's intelligent, automated capture in the field to AI-assisted tooling we're actively developing to sharpen and speed up processing. In practice that means more complete coverage, fewer missed angles, and faster turnaround.
But AI never gets the last word on a measurement. Every measurable deliverable is checked against RTK and ground control before it goes out — so what you get is verified, not just generated. Accuracy is the one thing we won't automate away.
Most operators stop at photos and video. We build interactive 3D models — and Gaussian-splat captures — that your clients can navigate from any device. For a listing, a proposed development, or a landmark, that's a presentation almost no one else in the region offers.
